Our facilities
Our premise is a two level building with sections for specific job tasks. Our first level contains the reception, panel shop and spray-painting area Our second level is the undercover secure car park, wash bay and detailing area. Reception also has coffee facilities and rest area for all customers. Our building is secured by 24 hour surveillance cameras and a back to base alarm system.
SAICO Spray Booth
Our State-Of-The-Art painting area consists of a dust free, ventilated paint-mix room with true lighting to ensure precise colour matching. We use the SAICO full down draft spray booth and baking oven with a wet floor to eliminate dust and contaminants. All ventilation incoming and outgoing is filtered to reduce pollution emissions.
Body Realignment
Equipped with the latest in body realignment equipment in Uno Liner and Spanesi, ensures your vehilce is returned to its original manufacturers specifications. Our Spanesi Bench is an electrohydraulic lift suitable for lifting any type of motor vehicles, with a maximum capacity of 3,000 kg. Chassis realignment can be applied through 360° with the hydraulic pulling column. The measurement system also transforms the bench into a convenient station for diagnosis and repairs.
Glasurit Paint Systems
At northern beaches we use use Glasurit, world class refinish systems. Glasurit paints are state-of-the-art European technology that give exceptional colour matches, durability with rich liquid colour and a deep brilliant gloss finish. Replicating factory finishes and original looks is what we take pride in.
Our water-based paints by Glasurit are totally eco-friendly. The Glasurit RATIO Aqua System is efficient, economical, safe, and most importantly in todays world environmentally friendly yet still produces the highest quality finish available.
